Keith Howe, M.A. is the owner of Hear’s the Answer. He grew up in The Dalles, went away to school and moved home specifically to work with Wayne Jacobson at Hear’s the Answer. Wayne established Hear’s the Answer in 1983 and Keith purchased the practice from Wayne in 2005. Keith received his B.S., psychology, from Oregon State University and his M.A., clinical psychology, from Pepperdine University.
At Hear’s the Answer Keith has a different philosophy than most businessmen: Worry about the patient not money. He is there to help you hear as well as you are capable of hearing, not to take your money. Spend 5 minutes with him and you will discover his refreshing attitude he has with his patients.
Keith is a Christian, is married to Amy and they have two children, Bella & Jax. He volunteers as a reserve police officer with The Dalles City Police. For fun he enjoys driving his Bronco in the woods, camping, shooting, golf and tennis.
Don McAndie has been a Hearing specialist in The Gorge for nine years.
He is licensed in Oregon and Washington, And has National Board
Certification for the Hearing Instrument Sciences. He has a degree in
Forestry and a degree in Science Education from Oregon State
University. In addition, Don also has a Masters of Education from
The University of Portland. He spent 15 years teaching biology and
coaching soccer at Stevenson High School prior to becoming a hearing
specialist.
Don is a Christian and lives with his twin sons James and David, And
his wife of 20 years, Pamela. He currently lives in Home Valley
Washington, And has been a resident of Skamania County since 1978.
Don has worn hearing aids for 22 years. His professional goal is to
provide a better quality of life for his patients through better
hearing and understanding. He is passionate about helping others to
communicate better, To foster more positive relationships with their
loved ones, And to improve their quality of life. Hearing aids have
changed his life in a very positive way, And he enjoys sharing his
experience with others.
